Duties

• Provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
• Market listings effectively using MLS, open houses, social media, and our tech tools
• Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to accurately price properties
• Determine clients' needs and financial ability to propose the right solutions
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of your clients with integrity and strategy
• Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, leases, and closing documentation
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and appraisers to ensure smooth closings
• Stay informed on market conditions, pricing trends, and local regulations
• Input and maintain listings in the MLS and brokerage CRM platforms
• Build a consistent pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and network development
• Participate in regular team trainings, strategy sessions, and coaching opportunities
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all parties involved in a transaction
• Uphold ethical standards and deliver excellent service to every client
• Collaborate with fellow agents, vendors, and leadership to elevate the team as a whole Experience
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
