: Platinum Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and bilingual (Spanish/English) to join our dynamic sales team. This position offers a competitive salary range from $30,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales : Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their needs and assist them in choosing the right vehicle.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on the latest inventory, features, and promotions to effectively present our vehicles to customers.
• Sales Goals : Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Lead Generation : Actively follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and help build relationships with customers.
• Paperwork : Complete all necessary paperwork related to the sale of vehicles, including financing options, trade-in evaluations, and documentation.

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual : Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Sales Experience : Previous experience in retail or sales, automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Customer-Centric : A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Team Player : Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid Driver 's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation

:

• Salary : $30,000 to $110,000 per year (based on experience, sales performance, and commission).
• Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday. Sundays off.
