Compensation

vs Average Monthly Items Sold with a $40K Base:

• 17 Items $56K
• 30 Items $80k
• 40 Items $95k
• 50 Items $108 Responsibility:
• Consistently Meet Monthly Sales Goals.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and underwriting rules.

Qualifications

:

• Must have TX General Lines P&C License.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
• Hardworking, goal driven individual.
• Positive enthusiastic attitude.
