Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, including stock levels and vehicle specifications.
• Assist with order fulfillment processes for vehicle sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process to build lasting relationships.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Excel for tracking sales metrics and managing customer information. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or automotive service is preferred.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
