Headquartered in Cambridge, MA, we're seeking passionate full-time team members excited to transform personalized care in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with customers to successfully deploy products and services on-site and remotely.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms.
- Manage physical and software resources to support sales demonstrations, trials, and long-term deployments.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customers receive unrivalled products and services that meet their needs.
- Document feedback from customers and first-hand experience and produce feature mockups and request tickets to be reviewed with the engineering team to continually refine products and services.
- Work closely with business development and sales to manage customer engagement providing "white glove" service from initial pilot continuing throughout post-commercial product partnerships.
- Present written and oral reports to both internal and external groups.
- Provide technical support on incoming issues via email, phone, and in person.
- Create reports and presentations to help customers see the value in the product and their data.
- Assist in hardware manufacturing for test and production builds, following required levels of documentation and traceability.
- Design, develop, and execute benchtop and on-body test procedures and protocols for continuous product improvement.
- Lead and manage internal and external clinical protocol design, execution, data management, and reporting for continuous product improvement.
- Comply with internal and industry quality requirements. QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or MS degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in data analysis (excel based or programmatic code-based analysis) and presentation.
- 2 to 4 year's work experience with hardware and software based systems (wearable systems preferred) in product development, clinical, and commercial environments.
- Ability to work flexibly and adjust to customer schedules and timelines.
- Experience in field support and/or client services is a plus.
- Action-oriented.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information.
- Travel (up to 20%) to train at customer sites and support Epicore conference presence.
- Due to the global nature of our customer base, meetings and interactions with customers may occur outside normal working hours on occasion. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
