Full description of the position

Inside Parts Sales Associate Description: Work for the top school bus dealer in the state with 55%+ market-share. Family business with family friendly M-F day schedule. Positive team atmosphere. High earning potential depending on experience. Execute parts sales to dealership clients and prospects including but not limited to public school districts. Developing and maintaining relationships to grow share of wallet with the dealership clients. Growing knowledge of bus parts to become an expert and trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

:

• Connect with customers to gain and/or maintain customer relationships.
• Offer parts and service to new and existing customers.
• Use creativity to locate and procure hard to find parts for clients
• Assist customers with questions and tasks pertaining to their fleet, as needed.

Qualifications

:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus

Compensation

includes: $36K Annual salary, Commissions monthly on department GP, PTO, 401(k), and benefits. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
