TEAMS CAN BE 2-10 PEOPLE BASE IS 500/WEEK CONTINGENT UPON YOUR TEAM SIGNING 4 CONTRACTS PER WEEK OVERRIDES ON SALES GUYS COMMISSIONS STARTING AT 3% YOU RECEIVE 10% OF YOUR GROSS SALES ON JOBS YOU SELL

Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and business development. If you are passionate about technology sales and have a proven track record of managing sales teams, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities - Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets - Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships - Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance Experience: - Proven experience in outside sales, business development, and customer service - Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies - Experience in technology sales is a plus - Demonstrated ability to manage a high-performing sales team - Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals successfully This position is commission for now as we are building the sales team but the structure is good and we are willing to move to a base plus commission once we are rolling.
