Responsibilities

:

• Learn about and recommend footwear, outdoor clothing, and gear to customers.
• Approach customers, engage in helpful, knowledgeable conversations to find what they need.
• Provide expert footwear fitting assistance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately at the register.
• Restock products and ensure merchandise is accessible and well displayed.
• Work as a team player , helping where needed to support the store. What You Need to Succeed:
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (preferably in outdoor gear, footwear, or clothing).
• Basic computer & math skills - For transactions, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills - You know how to listen, assist, and close a sale.
• Ability to work store hours and handle an active retail environment. Physical

Requirements

:

• Stand for long shifts (8 hours, with two 10-minute breaks & a 30-minute lunch).
• Lift, bend, stoop, and reach as needed for stocking and assisting customers. Perks &
