Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AV Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in AV systems and a passion for sales. This role requires the ability to understand client needs, design tailored AV solutions, and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their AV requirements and provide expert guidance on suitable solutions.
• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive AV system designs, including audio, video, and lighting components, that meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and functionalities of proposed AV solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of AV systems.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with technical expertise during the proposal and negotiation phases to secure new business opportunities.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Qualifications

:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Technology, Audio Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in AV system design and sales, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of AV technologies, including sound systems, video conferencing tools, projection systems, and control interfaces.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) are highly desirable. What We Offer:
