Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail and Internet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through digital channels, and enhancing customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trend. Candidates must be able to Close and Desk deals!

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through various digital channels, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional campaigns that align with overall business goals.
• Conduct outbound sales efforts, including cold calling potential customers.
• Train and support staff on best practices for online customer engagement and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Automotive Internet Management a MUST!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
• Proficiency in math for analyzing sales data and market trends.
• Experience with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team-oriented environment.
