Job Summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning team as Insurance Sales Agents. You will work side-by-side with a mentor agent, receive hands-on training, and get the support you need to launch a successful insurance career.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and follow up with prospects
• Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads
• Overcome objections using proven sales scripts
• Cross-sell to an existing book of business
• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Build relationships and generate new business through your own network
• Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commissions and performance based bonuses

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, or hospitality experience is a plus)
• CA Property & Casualty license is a plus but not required - we will assist with pre-licensing courses
• Must pass a background check
• Strong communication and people skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based pay
• Ties to San Fernando Valley or Simi Valley communities preferred What We Offer
