We are partnering with a Farmers Insurance District Manager in Southern California to identify experienced insurance professionals interested in branch leadership and long-term career growth within the Farmers network. This opportunity is ideal for licensed professionals who want to:

• Step into a Branch Manager or leadership-style role , and
• Grow their responsibilities over time with strong training, mentorship, and support For the right candidates, this role can evolve into higher-level leadership opportunities within the Farmers organization. Leadership & Growth Pathways Branch Manager / Leadership Track Designed for professionals ready to take on more responsibility and grow beyond a traditional producer role.
• Lead sales and client development efforts
• Support day-to-day branch operations
• Mentor and collaborate with team members
• Work closely with a District Manager on growth strategy
• Build leadership skills with long-term advancement potential Leadership Development / Prot ege Path (Optional) For candidates interested in deeper operational exposure and long-term advancement.
• Receive structured mentorship and training
• Learn agency operations, leadership, and growth planning
• Develop skills that support future leadership opportunities Candidate Profile Required:
• Active California Property & Casualty license
• Insurance sales or service experience
• Strong communication skills and professionalism Preferred:
