Job Description

We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work face-to-face with customers inside partnered retail locations. This is an entry-level, in-person role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and growing within a team-focused environment. This position involves direct customer interaction and sales. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required. What You 'll Do

• Greet and engage customers inside retail locations
• Share information about products and services
• Assist customers with sign-ups or purchases
• Build rapport and create a positive in-store experience
• Support daily sales and performance goals
• Maintain a professional and organized work area What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Coachable and willing to learn Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
