Our current sales team is 4 amazing women currently earning $70,000 -$150,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential and a supportive, team culture that celebrates success. Responsibilities

• Engaging & Educating: Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads to communicate the benefits of Elevate MD's services in a compelling and empathetic way.
• Understanding Client Needs: Listen actively to identify goals, pain points, and recommend the right health and wellness solutions.
• Closing Deals: Guide potential clients through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Building Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with prospective clients while maintaining professionalism and care.
• Staying Ahead of the Game: Keep up with the latest in functional medicine, Elevate MD services, and industry trends.
• Tracking & Optimizing Performance: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track conversions, and continually improve your approach. Inside Sales

Requirements

• A Sales Rockstar - Persuasive, competitive, and goal-driven.
• A Natural Communicator - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone presence.
• A Wellness Enthusiast - Passion for health, wellness, or medical sales preferred.
• A Self-Starter - Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads at once.
• A Team Player - Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused.
• Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, call center, or medical sales preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational skills.

Compensation

Pay: $18-$22 per hour + uncapped commission based on performance. Average Annual Earnings: $70,000-$150,000 (top performers currently earning $150K+).
