Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct property tours and explain leasing options.
• Process lease applications and ensure all documentation complies with Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity using Yardi and OneSite software.
• Collaborate with property management to coordinate maintenance requests and resident needs.
• Promote available units through upselling techniques while maintaining integrity.
• Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and Section 8 regulations.
• Support marketing efforts by engaging with potential tenants and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property leasing or real estate administration.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant law.
• Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, and property management software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and handle conflict professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience with legal administrative tasks is a plus.
