What You Will Do

• Lead generate 2 hours daily (calls, open houses, sphere, social touchpoints)
• Convert leads into buyer consultations and signed agreements
• Provide world-class client service with proactive communication
• Write strong, clean offers and negotiate winning contracts
• Partner with Operations to ensure smooth, on-time closings

Requirements

• MA real estate license
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Coachable, proactive, and consistent in follow-up
• Tech-comfortable and organized
