What You'll Do

:

• Greet every client with professionalism and warmth
• Understand the unique needs of each guest and recommend services, enhancements, and memberships that match their wellness goals
• Promote retail skincare products and help clients build effective at-home routines
• Book appointments, check in/out guests, and manage communications
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
• Collaborate with service providers to keep clinic operations running smoothly
• Contribute to membership and retail sales goals as part of the front desk team

Compensation

:

• Base Pay : $16.00-$18.00/hour
• Commissions : Earn for every membership and retail sale
• Bonuses : Monthly performance-based incentives
• Average Total Pay : Most team members earn $21 -$25/hour with base + commissions + bonuses
