Bridgeton manufacturing plant has an immediate opening for full time Inside Sales Representative. Salary range depending upon experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will be:

• Strong Math Skills
• Good Computer Skills

Responsibilities

include:

• Handling customer service and pricing inquiries for a plastics manufacturer
• Preparing quotations and sending them to customers in a prompt manner
• Processing orders and being the point person from the ordering stage all the way to product delivery.
• Communicating with customers in a clear and professional manner via phone, email, in-person, etc.
• Using CRM software to determine pricing levels and analyzing prior sales data.
• Assist in troubleshooting as needed.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple inquiries at once.
• Must be willing to travel on occasion for trade shows and customer visits.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of the AS400 system a plus.
