Looking for a highly motivated and driven sales agent.

Duties

include working sales leads (prior year unsuccessful quotes, winbacks of customers lost in prior years, referrals from service team, cross-sell of current customers, internet leads), quoting, and writing new policies. You would be paired with a service agent that handles service on the policies written. You do not need prior insurance experience but prior sales experience/success will be prioritized. You do not need a license to apply, however, candidate would have to obtain an insurance license to start.

Compensation

includes monthly salary along with monthly, quarterly and a annual bonus plan. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
