Full description of the position

The Sales Representative drives residential roofing sales through lead generation, inspections, and insurance claim support. This field-based role requires a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and a self- motivated, goal-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads via canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Conduct roof inspections and assist homeowners with insurance claims
• Present solutions, prepare proposals, and close sales
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate job execution
• Follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Track and report all sales activity and meet defined performance goals

Qualifications

• Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in field-based, outdoor conditions
• Preferred:
• 1-2 years of experience in roofing or residential sales
• Knowledge of insurance restoration process
• Familiarity with JobProgress and SumoQuote Earning Opportunity
• Low performers: $750k volume
• Average performers: $1-3 million volume
