As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through their car-buying journey, making it simple and enjoyable. As a Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for product knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the purchasing process, achieving sales targets and maintaining customer follow up.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits.
• Knowledge of inventory by keeping track of available vehicles.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries from potential buyers.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings.
• Assist in maintaining the showroom appearance and ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A strong desire to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
