Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Firearm Sales Associate who believes in a consultative sales approach --helping customers make informed, responsible decisions rather than simply pushing a sale. This role is focused on firearm and accessory sales while delivering a high-quality customer experience that builds trust and long-term relationships. Sales associates play an active role in presenting and selling Nardis Gun Club memberships as part of the overall customer experience. Team members are cross-trained and may assist other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star customer service to all members and guests
• Assist customers with firearm, accessory, and gear selection using a consultative sales approach
• Educate customers on firearm safety, basic operation, and available training opportunities
• Confidently present and sell Nardis Gun Club memberships
• Ensure all transactions and procedures comply with ATF regulations and company policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional sales floor
• Work collaboratively with team members to support overall store operations

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience required
• Firearm knowledge is preferred but not required for motivated, quick learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and compliance
• Team-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude

• Part-time position
