The Opportunity: Consumer Direct Sales Manager We're looking for a Consumer Direct Sales Manager who's not just a great closer, but a true leader--someone who can drive values, deliver results, and bring out the best in their team. You'll lead a team of 10+ Loan Officers in our Chandler office, coaching them daily, managing performance, and building a culture of excellence focused on purchase production. What You 'll Do:

• Set and manage weekly application and closing goals for your team
• Coach, mentor, and develop Loan Officers through daily and weekly training
• Manage performance metrics, pipeline strategy, and quality standards
• Handle escalations, pricing/product issues, and team motivation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and loan quality expectations
• Recruit, hire, and retain top sales talent as we expand What You 'll Get:

• 7 -10+ years in residential mortgage lending, with deep purchase experience
• 4+ years of proven mortgage sales management success
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and grow a team of 10+ Loan Officers
• Experience managing in a consumer direct, digital mortgage environment
• Mastery of loan products including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and DPA programs
• Strong working knowledge of compliance, loan policy, and regulatory guidelines
