Full description of the position

We are seeking customer service and sales professionals in Michigan to join our expanding team. If you have experience in caregiving, retail, hospitality, or customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and problem resolution Promote and sell company products and services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals Participate in ongoing training and development programs Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications

: Able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Enjoy working with people and providing top-notch customer service Business-minded and self-motivated Sales experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have a clean criminal record (no felonies, even if expunged, due to state requirements) Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Desired Experience: Customer service Retail sales Management Caregiving Hospitality We look forward to reviewing your resume and speaking about future career opportunities!
