Visionary Connections is expanding and looking for driven, people-oriented individuals to join our in-person sales team. This is an entry-level position with weekly pay , structured onboarding , and a clear growth path , ideal for someone who wants to build real skills and earn based on performance. If you enjoy talking to people, setting goals, and being rewarded for effort, this role offers a fast-paced, team-driven environment with strong leadership support. What You 'll Be Doing

• Engage with customers face-to-face to represent nationally recognized telecom services
• Educate customers on current promotions and help them choose the right solution
• Build communication and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship
• Track performance and improve through feedback and goal setting
• Work alongside a competitive, supportive team focused on growth What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable in an in-person, customer-facing role
• Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
• No experience required -- paid training provided
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus

Compensation

& Schedule

• W2 position (not commission-only)
• Guaranteed base pay + weekly performance incentives
• Average reps earn $900 -$1,200+ per week, with top performers earning more
• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am -6:00pm What We Offer
