• Work with top industry brands and the newest powersports models on the market. What You 'll Do As a Sales Professional, you'll help customers find the right powersports vehicle for their lifestyle and make their ownership experience unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor, by phone, and online to understand their needs.
• Match customers with the perfect ATV, motorcycle, or side-by-side.
• Stay current on product specs, features, and promotions.
• Conduct test rides and product walkarounds to demonstrate key features.
• Accurately complete sales contracts, finance applications, and trade-in documentation.
• Keep the showroom organized and ready for customers.
• Log and track customer activity in the CRM to build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and other departments to achieve dealership goals. What We 're Looking For
• Genuine passion for powersports and helping people enjoy the outdoors
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced setting
• Sales experience is a plus--but we 'll train the right person!
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
