Mid Atlantic Distribution is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to actively seek, acquire, and maintain client relationships while promoting and selling our products. This role is primarily field-based and requires regular in-person client visits and travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

: Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Generate leads through various methods, including cold calls, networking, referrals, and online research. Product & Market Knowledge:
• Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors
• Analyze customer needs and market opportunities Sales Presentations:
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver engaging product presentations Negotiation and Closing Deals:
• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales agreements Account Management:
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly Customer Service:
• Respond professionally and quickly to inquiries and concerns Sales Targets:
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Travel:
• Travel within the assigned territory and attend trade shows as needed

Qualifications

:

• Individuals with experience in selling Vape, Kratom , Hemp , CBD , or related products (preferred).
• Proven sales track record -- outside sales preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of c-stores, vape, and tobacco products preferred
• B2B sales experience preferred

• Results-driven and self-motivated Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm EST Salary : $3500 per month + Commission + Spiffs Ability to commute/relocate : Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate within 30 miles of Durham, NC (27703) before starting work.
