• Launch and lead sales initiatives.
• Earn 8% commission on gross profits for all new business
• TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
• Create sales documentation, define KPIs, and implement scalable sales processes.
• Ability to use HubSpot and Zoom Info platforms CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP & COMMUNICATION
• Act as the key link between sales and operations to ensure delivery excellence and scalability.
• Build strong, measurable communication flows to ensure operations meet customer expectations. SERVICE EXCELLENCE & CLIENT RETENTION
• Ensure current and new clients receive world-class service.
• Track customer satisfaction and identify organic growth opportunities. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
• Implement personal and team growth plans with executive coaching.

• $52,000 base salary
• 8% commission on gross profits for new business (Earning potential up to $148,000.00 (exceptions apply)
• $300 bi-weekly car allowance
• $18.50 bi-weekly phone allowance
