Full description of the position

We are currently seeking full-time Service BDC reps to assist in the day-to- day phone operations of our Service Scheduling Center. Our Service Scheduling Center is centralized in our Corporate office in Simi Valley Ca.

Responsibilities

will include receiving inbound calls, outbound campaign calls, meeting monthly objectives, follow-up customer satisfaction calls, and other exciting marketing campaign initiative tasks! Must have a passion for process and organization with excellent phone skills and the ability to multi- task in a fast-paced, team environment.

• Respond to Inbound/Outbound service calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Answer service chats from our website.
• Work closely with Service Managers and Advisors.
• Promptly and accurately enter, and schedule all customer inquiry data into Xtime.
• Generate appointments for customers from inbound calls and outbound campaigns.
• Effectively utilize scheduling CRM Xtime.
• Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Company

• Automotive knowledge and experience a plus or trainable on high line product
• Prior experience in a call center, sales, retail, customer service, and/or reception is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Customer contact experience required
• Outgoing and patient personality with good customer relations ability
• Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems
