Responsibilities

of Outside Sales Representative (Staffing Consultant)

• Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Drive new business through aggressive cold calling, drop-ins, and relationship-building
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to consistently exceed sales goals
• Deliver compelling proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with staffing solutions Experience

Requirements
