Job Description

Our Leasing Professionals will be the front-line person(s) to interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and completing daily follow-ups with prospects. You will also have the opportunity to utilize marketing skills by monitoring social media and web presence and working with the Community Manager to execute a strategy to build brand awareness and generate market presence, create and foster relationships with area businesses, and be active on social media. Responsibilities

• Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments.
• Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs.
• Provide top-notch customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints. This includes helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment.
• Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically.
• Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of Community Manager.
• Shop competition regularly.
• Maintain professional appearance of the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in a leasing role strongly preferred
• Entrata experience a plus!
• Weekend availability is required.
• We have two brand-new properties in the Richmond area. One near Scott's Addition and one near Innsbrook/Glen Allen. This position may be placed at either location, depending on the candidate. We have an excellent compensation and benefits package: 401K with employer match, health, dental, and vision insurance, bonus structure, paid time off, employee housing discount, and paid holidays.
