Job Summary

Cricket Wireless is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Clayton. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their wireless needs in a friendly, professional manner
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities
• Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized store layout
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Promote store promotions and new products to maximize sales potential
• Maintain clean and welcoming store environment adhering to company standards

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics retail environments
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
• Ability to perform retail math including basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management
• Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership qualities are valued
• Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and product demonstrations beneficial
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products effectively
• Familiarity with grocery store or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory
• Reliable, professional appearance, and positive attitude toward teamwork and customer engagement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
