BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE SAN ANTONIO TX 78209 Are you a results-driven professional passionate about connecting businesses with solutions that fuel their success? As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth for a leading staffing team serving the San Antonio area. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential, along with the tools, training, and support to help you excel. PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS: Commission-based structure & performance-based incentives San Antonio, TX & surrounding areas Work hours determined during hiring process BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: Identify New Opportunities: Develop leads and actively reach out to businesses in the San Antonio area to present customized staffing solutions. Build Strong Relationships: Conduct in-person visits to establish trust and foster long-term client partnerships. Leverage Your Network: Create and grow a robust referral pipeline to generate continuous revenue. Manage the Sales Process: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, streamline your pipeline, and close deals efficiently. Drive Client Engagement: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their needs are met and uncover new growth opportunities. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or a related industry. Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills. A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for helping businesses succeed. The ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, it is not required. Job Type: Contract Pay: $50,425.74 - $60,727.77 per year License/Certification:
