Job Summary

We Currently opening 2 new locations and are seeking a dynamic and results- driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting high-end vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features that meet customer needs
• Negotiate terms of sale, financing options, and upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software to track sales progress and follow-up activities
• Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials, events, and new vehicle arrivals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Assist in organizing public speaking events or promotional activities to enhance dealership brand awareness Experience
• Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities (preferred), along with public speaking experience
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients and maintaining detailed records
