Overview

: As a Sales Representative at MORSA Homes, you'll be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of homes we've purchased, marketing them to potential buyers, and assisting clients through the home-buying process. This is a full-time position for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, motivated, independent, and customer centered.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and market an assigned list of homes through social media and on-site marketing (e.g., placing signs in the neighborhood)
• Show homes to potential buyers and prequalify them for owner financing options
• Attend and assist with home closings, ensuring a smooth experience for buyers
• Provide excellent customer service, understanding clients' needs, and guiding them through the process
• Communicate effectively and negotiate with potential buyers to address questions or objections

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• Sales and/or customer service experience required
• Dependable transportation required
• Personal computer required (or regular access to a personal computer)
• Independent, highly motivated, and customer-centered
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections

Compensation

:

• Salary + commission

• Full-time position, based in the office but with significant time spent out in the field showing homes and meeting clients
