Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ATV UTV Sales Specialist to join our dealership team. This role involves engaging with customers, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales pipeline for high-end off-road vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, finance, computers and excellent communication skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a reputable dealership and contribute to expanding our market presence in the ATV and UTV industry.

Duties

• Engage in sales activities to identify and attract new customers, including social media advertising
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up
• Present ATV and UTV models to prospective clients through demonstrations and personalized consultations
• Upsell accessories, warranties, and related products to maximize revenue per sale
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining product features, and assisting with financing options Skills
• Proven experience in inside sales, retail sales, or automobile/vehicle sales with dealership experience preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software (DX-1) and inventory management tools
• Knowledge of retail math, inventory control, and organizational skills for efficient sales operations
• Ability to conduct social media ads on our dealership page
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies related to vehicle sales and customer engagement
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to run credit applications and prepare all corresponding paperwork.
