We are looking for motivated closers to join our team. We are currently hiring for two positions:

• One Full-Time, Year-Round Representative(Start date March 2nd)
• One Seasonal Summer Representative (May - August)

Compensation

& Incentives

• Base Pay: Hourly base equivalent to $23,000-$25,000 per year.
• Uncapped Commission: Our reps typically earn $4,000 -$6,000 in commission per month (plus base pay) during the spring and summer peak seasons.
• 2026 Growth: We are significantly bolstering our marketing budget for 2026 to ensure a consistent flow of warm leads.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for potential customers.

• Closing: Converting warm leads provided by the company into long-term customers.
• Lead Management: Efficiently managing and following up on inbound inquiries.
• Customer Excellence: Providing exceptional service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
