Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Claremore, OK Company: Eubanks Equipment

Job Summary

Eubanks Equipment is seeking a motivated and results-driven Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in Claremore, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for selling new and used equipment, developing long-term customer relationships, and representing the Eubanks Equipment brand with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about equipment and the industries we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and used equipment to customers within an assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new business
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
• Prepare and present quotes, pricing, and financing options
• Stay knowledgeable on product lines, features, and competitive offerings
• Conduct on-site customer visits, demonstrations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with service, parts, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts
• Represent Eubanks Equipment at trade shows, customer events, and industry functions as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred (equipment, ag, construction, or industrial sales a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong computer skills (CRM, email, quoting systems)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Desired Traits
