Travers Automotive Group is looking for a motivated Automotive Pre-Owned Salesperson to join our team at Travers GMT Auto Sales in Florissant. With a vast selection of over 500 pre-owned vehicles and new inventory arriving daily, this is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to thrive in a high-volume, growth-oriented environment. • Earning Potential: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly (based on performance)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicle for their needs
• Provide an exceptional buying experience through strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Effectively use phone, email, and social media to generate leads and build your pipeline
• Work with all types of credit (Prime and Sub-Prime) to provide financing solutions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals Job

Requirements

• Sales experience required; servers, bartenders, and cell phone sales professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Must have a background in face-to-face or direct sales.
• Candidate must have the drive and desire to be the best.
• Tenacity is key -- our dealership is willing to put deals together even without the customer physically coming to the store.
• Strong phone, computer, and people skills are essential.
• Must be motivated to maximize financial goals and willing to put in the time and effort to achieve success. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
