Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Agency Business Development professional to drive growth and expand our client base. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the staffing industry to support our agency's expansion goals. Must have outside B2B sales and business development experience. We need a go getter!

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase agency visibility and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their staffing needs.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new partnerships.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract potential clients and candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth or improvement. Skills
• Proven experience in business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Comfortable with cold calling/pulling on doors in the Greater Cleveland and Lorain County markets
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strategic mindset.
• Knowledge of project management principles to oversee multiple initiatives effectively.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to staffing services.
• Ability to plan strategically and execute plans effectively to meet organizational goals.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
