Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent (Entry Level - Training Provided) Location: Cincinnati, OH & Northern Kentucky (Hybrid: office + field)

Compensation

: 100% commission model with strong earning potential (agents earn $40K-$80K; high performers $100K+)

• Obtain your OH or KY real estate license (if you don't already have one)
• Build a personal brand and client base within a proven brokerage model
• Guide home buyers through the purchase process and help sellers list & market their property
• Grow your own business using our tools + training + mentorship
• Count on accountability, consistent action, and genuine wins What We 're Looking For:
• Drive, character & coachability: you don't need experience, but you do need the hunger to grow, build, and lead generate on a daily basis
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset: ready to invest in yourself and "do the work"
• Willing to learn a 100% commission model and build something meaningful Schedule / Role Type: Full-time preferred; part-time possible for the right candidate. Hybrid role: some days in the office, some out in the field.
