Job Summary

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating buyers about our homes, and driving sales. Responsibilities

: - Greet and assist customers, providing them with information about products and services. - Utilize your excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer objections. - Manage the sales process from start to finish. - Maintain a clean and organized model home environment. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the local real estate market. - Provide support to management on key strategic sales decisions as needed. - Utilize a CRM system to input and manage sales data. - Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

: -

  • Must have a valid Florida real estate license
  • Sales, Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and the home building process
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong negotiating and persuasion skills
  • Experience with CRM software
  • New home sales experience is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Ability to Commute:
