About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable North Carolina licensed real estate broker to join our firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who values professionalism, mentorship, and long-term potential. You'll represent buyers and/or sellers throughout Western NC and be supported with tools, systems, and guidance from the firm's Broker-in-Charge. For the right person, this role may evolve into a leadership track , including stepping in during the managing broker's occasional absences and potentially taking on greater responsibility within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to buy and sell residential properties
• Manage showings, inspections, contracts, and communications
• Follow established firm procedures and compliance standards
• Use technology tools
• Participate in firm meetings and contribute to a collaborative team culture What We Offer
