Full description of the position

As a Team Member of The UPS Store you will have the following duties:

• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages
• Assist customers with Returns
• Assist customers with document services
• Assist customers with mailbox survives
• Assist customers with faxing
• Pack merchandise for shipment and process shipments
• Ring sales in a computerized register
• Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and other tasks that are included on job assignments
• Restock supplies and retail shelves
• This position requires standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of 1 to 15 pounds, 15 to 30 pounds often and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds

Requirements

Team Members should have these qualities:

• Have a helpful, friendly attitude
• Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge required
• preferred proficiency with applications, adobe suite, InDesign & photoshop
• preferred proficiency basic printing
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50lb's
• Detail oriented a must
• Organizational skills needed
• Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
