Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of property management experience as a licensed broker, strong knowledge of AppFolio software, and a proven ability to manage, lease, and market residential and commercial properties. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to show properties, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Arkansas real estate laws.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
• Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
• Utilize AppFolio software to manage property portfolios, financial reporting, and operational tasks.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and identify market trends.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract tenants/buyers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for clients and property owners.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
• Show properties to prospective clients in a professional and engaging manner.
• Build and foster strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with agents, appraisers, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.
• Mentor and support property management staff to ensure operational excellence. Skills &

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas Real Estate Broker license (required).
• 10+ years of property management experience as a broker.
• Strong working knowledge of AppFolio property management software.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Excellent marketing techniques to increase property visibility.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; personable and approachable.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple properties, listings, and transactions efficiently.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally to show properties.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Salary Range is listed, but compensation is negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $56,477.26 - $68,015.63 per year
