Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm PAY: $28.85 The team is responsible for an extensive product portfolio, including a large range of fan wear collections for various projects. As the Operation Specialist, you are responsible for managing and supporting logistic as well as sales executions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operations Management
• Manage and support order taking process in SAP including returns.
• Coordinate clients in all outbound related issues, tracking and support in delivery matters.
• Allocation of products and resources according to defined priorities and strategies.
• Coordinate transportation services for inbound and outbound shipments, including ground, air, and sea transportation.
• Execute stock transaction entries in SAP and stock count operations based on the guidelines.
• Place, prioritize purchase orders and secure that purchasing processes are followed.
• Track shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensuring seamless integration and functionality and coordination between teams.
• Proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Coordinate planning and monitoring of warehouse forecast and inbound activities.
• Align warehouse additional effort activities.
• Ensure smooth payment process in close cooperation with Accounting Department, act as a key contact for verification and release of supplier invoices.
• Customer Management
• Support and manage pre-orders and in-season reorders for customers.
• Preparation and maintenance of prices and order sheets, assess profitability, tailored presentations for key accounts, stock overviews, content maintenance on our B2A and B2B sales platform.
• Reporting & Alignment
• Support Operations and Sales managers to keep a strong alignment in the day-to-day tasks including reporting tasks.
• Employee Store
• Support the operations of the employee store and coordinate with the Sales associate when needed. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer services, sales administration or in a similar role.
• Experiences in or with retail sale in the apparel/fashion industry.
• Advanced MS-Office knowledge (especially MS Excel).
• Able to work on one's own initiative and autonomously.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Flexibility, Reliability & Accuracy.
• Experience in SAP is highly desired PRO
