Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in maintaining the store's visual appeal and inventory management while actively engaging with customers to promote products and drive sales.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Operate the POS efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively, maintaining a well-organized store environment.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items.
• Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by adhering to store policies and procedures.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in their roles.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Experience
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
