What youll do as a Customer Outreach Assistant:

• Introduce clients to our products and services while gathering insights to better support their business goals
• Respond to client questions or concerns quickly, helping maintain strong relationships and a positive experience with every interaction
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions with other Customer Outreach Assistants to learn the full B2B sales process, from initial outreach to final sale
• Support client account management by keeping track of interactions and sales activity, ensuring records are organized and up to date
• Collaborate with the sales team and other Customer Outreach Assistants to share insights, exchange ideas, and improve overall team performance
• Assist the sales team and other Customer Outreach Assistants in identifying potential business opportunities and supporting efforts to expand existing accounts and drive sales performance What we are looking for in a Customer Outreach Assistant:
