About the Role

As an Agent Partner , you'll assist our top agent in all aspects of client service, lead generation, and transaction coordination while learning the skills, systems, and mindset needed to become a top producer yourself. You'll earn a base salary of $2,600/month while building your foundation, gaining experience, and growing into a fully independent agent. Within 12-24 months, the goal is for you to launch your own successful business as a highly productive real estate professional. Key Responsibilities

• Assist our top agent with showings, client communication, open houses, and daily business activities to learn hands-on real estate skills
• Follow up on leads and manage database tasks.
• Learn client consultations, negotiations, and the full buying/selling process.
• Participate in training, role plays, and team activities.
• Learn and master team systems (Sierra Interactive, Fello, Sisu, etc.). What We Provide

Requirements

• Massachusetts Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain before starting).
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Tech-savvy, organized, and willing to work flexible hours.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Compensation

• $2,600/month salary during the training phase.
• Opportunity to earn commission as you grow.
