Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our dealership. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

: - Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Assist customers in selecting the right products or services based on their requirements - Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall department goals

Requirements

: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or dealership setting - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in inventory control and retail math principles - Experience with cold calling and lead generation is desirable - Ability to deliver effective presentations and public speaking skills - Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships Join our team as a Sales Consultant and take your career to the next level!
